Join me for the first edition of a new monthly TouchDesigner workshop at Elipamanoke. We'll take it from small patches to broader systems.
First edition: November 23rd 2025 — Main Floor
Course Time: 16:00 - 18:00
Experimentation Time: 18:00 - 19:00
Course language: English
Entry: Free with registration (support tickets available)
What this workshop is about
We’ll kick off the series by recreating selected elements from the workshop poster.
To get there, we’ll explore:
- Very basic UV texturing
- The Replicator COMP for generating variations
- Dithering techniques for stylized visuals
The session won’t be too Python-heavy — maybe for the first and last time. But don’t worry: beginners are absolutely welcome, and there will be challenges for those who want to go deeper.
What you will learn
By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with:
- A small, self-contained TouchDesigner network you can build upon
- A clearer understanding of UV workflows
- Practical replication setups
- Enough knowledge to explore and experiment afterward
How we’ll work
I don’t want to “chalk and talk” the whole time — we don’t even have chalk.Instead, this workshop isn’t meant to be a full-on lecture but a knowledge hub.Expect interaction, experimentation, and exchange with other participants.Over the next months, the series will grow from simple building blocks to broader systems and creative pipelines. I’m really keen to learn what you want to explore, and I’m happy to shape the course outline according to your needs wherever possible.
