SAT x MAPP Creative workshops - TouchDesigner Jam

The SAT invites you to the SAT x MAPP Creative workshopsTouchDesigner Jam to animate volumetric surfaces of the Van Horne Skatepark or to bring its graffiti to life, as part of the MAPP festival 2022. Participants are invited to bring their creations or do some live coding with the TouchDesigner software to create visuals that will animate a designated space in the Skatepark.

Registered participants will receive 2D and 3D models in advance in order to obtain the necessary templates to project the visual content. Whether prepared in advance or created on site, all video formats can be adapted on site with the help of the SAT team.

To take part in the workshop, participants should bring their laptop with TouchDesigner installed and have basic knowledge of the software.

  • This workshop can accommodate a maximum of 12 participants
  • The workshops take place on September 23-24 from 6pm to 9pm

  • Participants will receive the schedule and the course of the event once registration is complete.

  • Participants must be available between 6pm and 9pm.

  • Participation in the workshop gives free access to the site of the Digital Block Party as part of the MAPP festival
