English is below Japanese 我々は、今年で４年目となるMUTEK.jpとDerivative社が共催するDigi Lab TouchDesigner Workshopを開催する事を喜んでお知らせしたいです。今年の２日間で開催するワークショップは、 TouchDesignerの中級から上級のユーザー向けです。 MUTEKは、常にサウンド、音楽とオーディオ／ビジュアル系のアートの創造力に対して全力を尽くそうと心がけております。このワークショップでは、特にTouch Designerをオーディオ／ビジュアルのツールとライヴ演奏用の機材として活かしながら、このテーマに焦点を当てたいと目指しております。生徒達は、TouchDesignerが駆使するオーディオの数々の操作方法を徹底的に学びます。 1枚の入場券で、このワークショップの12月12日と13日の二日間を参加する事が出来ます。インストラクターにBen Voigt（Derivative社）とAyako Okamura (Ableton Certified Trainer)を迎えます。中級／上級の講座の主題オーディオ／ビジュアルのプラットフォームとして、TouchDesignerのご利用オーディオ・プレイバック、トリガー動作とサンプリング、入力と出力オーディオ分析とフィルタリング、トリガー動作とイヴェントの創造方法オーディオ合成と生成（・シンセセスとジェネレーション） TDAbleton：Ableton LiveをTouchDesignerと一緒に操作する方法状況の創造方法と演出の構築 MIDIとOSCを利用した相互運用（操作）オーディオ、潜在、パフォーマンスの監視方法とマルチ・プロセスを最適化する方法必須要件このワークショップは実践的でありますので、生徒は以下にリストアップされている機材を持ち込む必要がございます： NvidiaかAMD discrete GPUが装備しているラップトップ（もし不確かであれば、この催物のオーガナイザーに問い合わせして下さい）ボタンが２つ装備しているマウスとスクロール・ホイールの持参が必須ヘッドホンかイヤホンの持参が必須自身が所有しているMIDIコントローラーの持参を奨励します Students must have intermediate level TouchDesigner skills. Topics a student should understand to attend this workshop: Know all 5 OP families and Components and when to use them Know how to export CHOPs and use Python references Understand multi-sample CHOPs Understand GPU instancing and how to set it up Basic beginner level Python ability (reference OPs, channels, tables, etc) ENGLISH We are happy to announce the 4th year of collaboration between MUTEK.jp and Derivative to bring you this year’s Digi Lab TouchDesigner Workshop. This year our 2-day workshop will be for Intermediate to Advanced TouchDesigner users. MUTEK has always been dedicated to creativity in sound, music, and audio-visual art. The workshop will focus on this theme specifically, using TouchDesigner as an audio-visual tool and for live performance. Students will study in-depth many ways of working with audio in TouchDesigner. 1 ticket gives access on both Dec 12 & 13 Instructors Ben Voigt (Derivative) and Ayako Okamura (Ableton Certified Trainer) Intermediate/Advanced class topics Using TouchDesigner as an audio-visual platform Audio playback, triggering and sampling, inputs and outputs Audio analysis and filtering, creating triggers and events Audio synthesis and generation TDAbleton: Using Ableton Live with TouchDesigner Creating scenes and constructing a show Interoperability: Using MIDI and OSC Optimizations for audio, latency, performance monitoring and multiple processes. Requirements This workshop is hands-on and students are required to bring: Laptop with Nvidia or AMD discrete GPU.
