We're looking for a UX Designer with a passion for creative technology and user-centered design to join our team.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Lead the UX design process for our innovative no-code platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience from concept to launch.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to deeply understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our target audience, translating these insights into actionable design strategies.
• Understands how to translate event-driven architecture systems and product feature lists into tangible designs.
• Develop and refine complex user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leveraging advanced design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate user- centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring the technical feasibility and user validation of designs.
• Apply expert knowledge of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, with a particular focus on interactive design and creative technology solutions.
• Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder reviews, and user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions to meet user needs and business goals.
• Champion UX best practices and contribute to the development of our design system, ensuring consistency and high-quality design standards across the platform.

 

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, particularly in prototyping and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in designing for complex systems, with an understanding of technical requirements and constraints as they relate to design.
• Knowledge of P5.js, Touchdesigner, Unreal Engine, and AWS is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong user advocacy perspective.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions and collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical team members.
