Freelance TouchDesigner Artist — Music Video Post & Stage Visuals

Remote

ABOUT KIZUNA MEDIA

Kizuna Media is a boutique content production agency based in
Washington, DC. We produce music videos, brand campaigns, and
live show content for artists and labels. Our aesthetic leans
high-contrast, cinematic, and underground — think Opium-adjacent
with a polished edge.

We're building a roster of freelance TouchDesigner artists for
ongoing project work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need two types of TD artists (you may be one or both):

1. POST-PRODUCTION GLITCH / DISTORTION ARTIST
   • Work from already-sequenced Premiere or DaVinci timelines
   • Add audio-reactive glitches, feedback, datamosh, pixel sorting,
displacement, and chromatic aberration to existing cuts
   • Deliver rendered passes that our editor integrates into the
     master edit
   • Own the look from brief to final render with minimal handholding

2. STAGE VISUAL / LIVE SHOW DESIGNER
   • Build audio-reactive content for live performances
     (tours, shows, activations)
   • Design content systems that react to live audio input, MIDI,
     or timecode
   • Deliver finished visual packs + project files for on-site VJs
     to operate

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

- Strong TouchDesigner portfolio (reel, Vimeo, or IG links)
- Ability to work from reference and take creative direction
- Clear communication and realistic timeline estimates
- Experience delivering final renders in ProRes / DNxHR
- Bonus: comfortable with Notch, AE integration, or Resolume

WHAT TO SEND

- Your reel or 3–5 portfolio pieces
- Day rate and/or project rate
- Average turnaround time per minute of finished content
- Which track (1, 2, or both) you're pitching for
- Any relevant experience with music artists or live touring

WHO WE'VE WORKED WITH

Previous projects include content for major-label artists and
established underground acts. Specific credits shared on request
after initial contact.

RATES & WORKLOAD

Paid per project. Ongoing work available for the right fit. We
respect the craft and pay accordingly — don't lowball yourself.
