Organized by The NODE Institute, the TouchDesigner Roundtable Berlin is the meeting point for creatives and developers who work with the visual development platform TouchDesigner as well as everybody who is curious about the world of interactive media art and the people behind it.

MONOMANGO is a Berlin-based creative agency and production studio, comprising of visual designers, music composers, and creative technologists. Founded by Lois Kainhuber, Jan Weber and Olivier Fröhlich in 2006, the company has since realized international showcases for major brands. More recently, they established HOLON, an interdisciplinary event format, and immersive instruments, which combines real-time visualization with tactile human interfaces to navigate virtual spheres.

Meet Marta Pang – a digital native and Berlin-based multimedia artist from Hong Kong, working with photography, videography and creative technology. With an obsession for creative media technologies, she set herself a fun challenge in early 2022: to create generative visuals in TouchDesigner every day, as a starting journey to get her hands on new media art. She’s always fascinated by how technology can be used to fuse the virtual and physical worlds , seeing it as a tool to bring imagination to life. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree at Film University Babelsberg in Germany, where she’s diving headfirst into all sorts of new media.

Pete Thornbury is a visual production specialist based in Los Angeles, California. Experienced with everything from rolling out red carpet to lighting, visuals, programming, design and direction across the world for hundreds of different clients and projects, Pete uses TouchDesigner for pixel mapping and integrates it with lighting control systems. Together with his partners, Pete runs the LightHouse as an experimental studio space in Los Angeles dedicated to video and light based tech-art.https://pexel.net
