    Music Technology Hackathon: Build a Creative Experience in 2 Days

    TouchDesigner community Lisbon (and beyond), come take part in an exciting 2-day hackathon designed for DJs and visual artists organized by our friends at Music Hackspace! 

     

    From 10 AM Saturday to 4 PM Sunday, sleeping optional, dive into a collaborative environment where you can create visuals using the DJay app from Algoriddim and TouchDesigner.

    During this event, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the seamless integration made possible by the TDDJay bridge Derivative has newly-built between the DJay app and TouchDesigner, allowing for a more fluid creative process.

    Yan Kalnberzin, a pioneering TD artist, teacher and co-founder of Russian Visual Artists, will be on hand to support your visual strategies and provide guidance throughout the weekend. Richie Hawtin, who has long worked with TouchDesigner artists for his DJ sets and of course for his Plastikman shows, will be serving as one of our jurors.

    Join us for a very fun and educational experience, connecting with fellow creatives, experimenting with new ideas, learning to navigate the workflow between DJay app and TouchDesigner, and collaborating with others to create something cool. Plus, you’ll have the chance to win prizes, including a TouchDesigner Commercial license.
