Verge, the latest audiovisual installation by Radiante Light Art Studio.

"Verge”
The latest audiovisual installation by Radiante Light Art Studio and Iván Llopis, transforms immersive spaces into a sensory journey at the boundary where the familiar fades into the unknown. It explores the enigmatic realm where intuition is vividly felt yet remains undefined. Combining laser lights, digital LEDs, robotics, atmospheric particles, and immersive video projections, the installation creates a mesmerizing experience that blurs the line between perception and mystery.

"Verge" is a captivating audiovisual installation designed to immerse viewers in a dynamic interplay of light, video, and laser. Developed entirely using TouchDesigner, this piece harnesses the power of real-time generative design, offering a unique experience tailored to immersive video environments.

Key Technical Features:

  • Real-Time Video Generation:TouchDesigner takes full charge of video content creation, employing systems such as particle dynamics, feedback loops, and advanced rendering techniques.

  • Interactive Lighting Content:The system generates lighting visuals through dynamic graphics that synchronize and interact seamlessly with the particle systems, creating a cohesive visual narrative.

  • Pixel Mapping:The installation integrates precise pixel-mapping techniques to ensure accurate synchronization between light, video, and spatial elements.

  • Laser Geometry and Interaction:Laser geometries are generated within TouchDesigner and programmed to interact in real time with the particle systems, adding a layer of depth and interactivity to the immersive experience.

"Verge" exemplifies the potential of real-time generative art in immersive spaces, demonstrating how intricate visual systems can converge to create a unified sensory environment.

Premiered at the Brigt Connect in Leipzig (Germany), this installation for immersive rooms has also been showcased at the Volumens festival in Spain.
