It is meant to be THE standalone application you open if you want to open any TD file since it supports the following:

Choose / download any version

Lots of keyboard shortcuts for mouse-less quick navigation

If you make this your default .toe file association it will of course work like the standard TD Launcher made by Lucas Morgan, after a 5 second countdown will open the file in the correct version you saved the project in.
I will make a quick breakdown video of it in the near future too, but it's quite straightforward and everything is documented in the website/readme!
