It's a Step Sequencer. The notable thing with this one is that it ties into TimerCOMPs, the main timer (/local/timer) by default but you can target a separate one if you have one. From the timer, it uses the tempo and time signature to build and step through the sequence grid. You can also use whatever CHOP ramp you have to drive it to if that's your thing. You can specify how many measures you want and how many subdivisions per beat as well as how many tracks you need.
