Here’s the new version of Point Cloud Surface Deformer (POP)!
I finally had time to further develop the tool and take into account the feedback I’ve received over the past few months. This version is more beginner-friendly and introduces new features (see the list below) that take better advantage of what POP operators bring to TouchDesigner.
It’s not perfect, and since I’m not a developer, this might not always be the most optimal way to do things. That said, the tool feels fairly stable now, and I hope you’ll have fun with it.Please let me know what could be improved, and feel free to suggest new features, I’d be happy to discuss them with you.
If you’re struggling with PCSD, I recommend checking out my introduction video to get started (on my Patreon). I can also make a new tutorial specifically for this version if needed.
