bypassHandler COMP - Bypass operators with toggles

bypassHandler lets you reference operators and set their bypass flag through toggle parameters.

How it works

Given a list of operators, it adds a toggle paramater to the bypassHandler custom page for each found operator.
Each toggle sets the bypass flag of the corresponding operator.

Parameters:

- Operators -> The names of the operators to search, pattern matching supported.

- Limit Max Depth ->  Turns on the Maximum Depth parameter to limit searching through sub-components. Turning this toggle off will search through all sub-networks.

- Maximum Depth ->  Set the maximum depth for the sub-components bypassHandler should recursively search through.
