timeslice [-c smart|always] [-d on|off]

Changes the timeslice options for timesliced CHOPs.

Options

`-c smart\|always`	If option is set to `smart`, then smart timeslice cooking is enabled. Some timeslice CHOPs will cook only when needed, instead being completely time dependent.
`-d on\|off`	Will determine whether or not the Time Slice parameter is `on` when new CHOPs are created.
