Disabling a Key

TouchDesigner FTE Commercial and Pro keys can be disabled so that the license can be used on a different machine. When such a key is disabled, the license is released back to the user account that the key was originally created from. The license is then free to use on another system.

To disable a key:

  1. Go to the Manage Keys dialog if not already there.
  2. Select the Valid key you wish to disable. When a FTE Commerical or Pro key is selected, the Disable button will be enabled. ManageKeysDisable.jpg
  3. Click the Disable button.

NOTE: TouchDesigner FTE non-commercial keys can not be disabled.
