Angle CHOP
Summary
The Angle CHOP is a general purpose converter between degrees, radians and quaternions. You have to specify all the input and output names and a rotation order, and it does the conversion. (Note: when going from radians or degrees to quaternions it looks up 3 channels and outputs 4, and vice versa).
Parameters - Angle Page
Input Units - Units of incoming channels:
- Degrees
- Quaternions
- Radians - (a radian is 57.29 degrees, with 3.14 (Pi) radians in a half-circle)
Input Order - The order that rotation angles are assumed to be applied in (Euler angles as they are called). Applicable when converting to and from Quaternions.
Input X, Y, Z, W - The channel names coming in, otherwise a best guess is made.
Output Units - Units of outgoing channels:
- Degrees
- Quaternions
- Radians
Output Order - The order that rotation angles are assumed to be applied in (Euler angles as they are called). Applicable when converting to and from Quaternions.
Output X, Y, Z, W - The channel names given to the output channels.
