Raspberry Pi ?

Is anyone using Raspberry Pis in their Touchdesigner work, eg. as input device ?

I’m asking because we’re looking for fun and interesting ways to apply the Raspberry Pi equipped with our PiShield, a sensor interface for the RPi, and for which we are currently doing a kickstarter, see kickstarter.com/projects/in … spberry-pi

I haven’t but congrats on the KS. So all those sensors on the I-CubeX online store work natively with your shield?

So, what’s the advantage of using the pishield as opposed to buying the various sensors designed for the pi?

I understand they’re analog, and not digital, but what’s to be gained from that? Are analog sensors cheaper, or more accurate? I’m just trying to understand the value.

Thanks.

Funny, I’m looking into this now as well.

I recognized the shield over at infusionsystems.com/catalog/

I just emailed them on some advice on the best method to connect to Windows 10 machine running Touch Designer. They have a Digitizer Input Device that converts signals to MIDI, and also a USB Input Device that uses OSC I think.
