DeckLink 4k Extreme not working as an output device

Thanks for putting those together. That does exactly what I was looking for.

I did run into an unexpected problem though. I have a DeckLink 4K Extreme that shows up as an input device but not an output. The card works as an input but with a new empty touch designer file it does not show up as an output device. Is there anything I need to do to get it to show up?

I did a little more testing and swapping cards around and I can’t get anything to show up as an output device. The card functions and I can output from Blackmagic Media Express.

Just to make sure: it does not show up in the Device List of the Video Device Out TOP?

Hey, what drivers are you using? You should be using the 10.X drivers, as the 11.X drivers broken backwards compatibility.

The 10.x drivers fixed it.

Hi

I have same trouble.
I tried various version combinations of TouchDesigner and Desktop Video.
The version which I could have showed up it as output device is TouchDesigner099.2018.27550.64-Bit and before.
It seems that it’s not concerned with version of Desktop Video.
(Windows couldn’t recognize decklink with Desktop Video 10.x)

It seems like this trouble is TouchDesigner probrem.
Does anyone knows how to fix it?

Windows 10 : version1909 build 18363.476
TouchDesigner : 2019.14650 and after
(not tested 2018.28120 - 2018.27840)
Desktop Video : 11.x-

Thank you.
