From release notes: "Fixed issue where Windows Drag-Drop..."

Just noticed this in the release notes for Build 2019.12330 - Mar, 12 2019:

So… I’ve been having this bizarre issue in windows where all drag and drop throughout the whole OS will just kind of stop being possible and I have to fully reboot in order to fix it.
Was that somehow caused by TouchDesigner? If so, how? It’s super bizarre and I’m really curious how that’s possible. Some kind of Win32 API oddity?
If not, probably got computer ghosts or something.

Hi tekt,
Yeah so this is the case that should be fixed in this build. In simple terms, when a few certain types of clicks in TD happened, they had ‘draggable’ attribute turned on so it began a windows drag-drop action. But these were not really drag actions which left that windows drag-drop in a bad unfinished state, resulting in this unresponsive Windows drag-drop state. I am paraphrasing programmers reports here, but that’s the gist of it.

Interesting. Thanks for the details (and fixing the problem!)
