Experimental builds...how stable?

I need support for the ZED Stereo camera which I believe is only in the 2018.4 + builds

My question is, how stable are these builds?

Too risky to use for actual production, or are they stable but with features that may change?

There is a branch build of 20000 that has ZED support you can get from here:

The 40000 is definitely not stable yet.

Will I be able to access depth camera information from the ZED?
Theoretically should be much better than the Kinect since the depth resolution is the same as selected video resolution.
My goal is to create depth based masking for background substitution.
Also any other specific information you could share in regards to supported CUDA versions with this build etc, would be most helpful!
