projection matrix from camera path using oculus

projection matrix question:
I want to animate a cam on a path then output to oculus cams substituting these xyz positions for the oculus xys postitions - so need to get them into the 2 oculus cam CHOPs
i can get my cam positions on the path with the object CHOP but missing the left/right eye offsets and then a method for creating the camera matrix

the channels 13 14 15 control positions but getting clipping plane problems.

I want to keep only the oculus cam rotations to look around while moving along the path.
any tips?
