You probably can’t use any commercially, but if you google remix competitions, they basically have the stems for popular tracks. Would be helpful if you need things to test with.

I think the fear is the same in software, why not give the source code of an app along with an app when you sell it? Someone would probably just take big chunks out and use it for themselves. Whether that’s good or bad is a personal question, but definitely a tough one to answer sometimes.
