Hi I imported the 3 files as movies and assigned each to the appropriate parameter in the phong properties. The wiki on texture mapping geometry seems to work fine… but they are using a default torus as the geo. My model is imported as obj with uv’s laid out and nested inside a geo COMP. Any help appreciated thank you!

If you go down into the COMP a few levels you’ll see that another MAT is applied to the polysurface… named COMP. This one is overriding the one you have applied higher up. Clear out the Material parameter on the Display page of this COMP, and the material applied at a higher level will be used.
