Kinect360 (CHOP) not working

Hi guys, I have a problem with a kinect 360 (1414).
It works perfectly with touch designer’s TOP functions but I can’t see skeletal shifts (CHOP).
Currently I have the SDK and RUNTIME 1.8 version and I tried the 1.7 version without success (windows 10 does not support it as I understand it).
I tried the TouchDesigner version 088 and 099

Can someone help me?

Thank you

I would uninstall all 1.7 and 1.8 runtime and only install the 1.8 SDK which is required for the Kienct 360. The 1.8 Runtime will NOT work with the Kinect 360 1414 model as described here: docs.derivative.ca/Kinect1

After just installing the SDK, let us know if it is working. Please note, you do need to stand a bit back and have your whole body in the sensor’s image to have it start tracking your skeleton. If it can’t connect, the Kinect CHOP should be showing a warning dialog.

Also, Kinect v1 is less stable on USB3 ports, recommend using USB 2.0 if possible.

thank you very much for helping.
I reinstalled it all over again (SDK1.8) and backtracking now can now trace the skeleton.

Take this opportunity to ask … are there tutorials to start using kinect with video projections?
Thank you very much again.
