Just got turned onto the power of touch designer, but having a problem trying to get CHOP to TOP to actually connect. Following a tutorial to the letter but Output noodles aren’t “snapping” to input. Tried a ton of variation attempts with no success
I was wondering if it was because I am on a Mac //

just to be extra clear (and because there’s three ways to do anything in Touch) all of the operators that convert between types, like CHOP to SOP, SOP to CHOP, DAT to CHOP, etc., have a field-type parameter for the name of the operator you are converting from. Dragging and dropping simply fills in that parameter for you. You can also right-click on the output of an operator you want to convert from, navigate to the type of op you want to convert to, and whatever you select will also automatically have that parameter filled.
