rotation for wheel of fortune

dear community
im trying to create a wheel of fortune game.
running out of knowledge how to get close to a natural behavior of rotating the wheel.
my questions ar:
how can i compensate the difference of the positions whee i click to turn, so that the wheel doesnt jump or start to spinn.
how is it possible to click on the wheel and being able to turn the wheel with the mouse back and forth and than to give it a spin?
there must definitively be a much more elegant way as mine is…

In your file, I put a .1 sec Filter CHOP before you Slope CHOP, a bit better.

By the way, your atan2() expression is good. There’s also the Function CHOP that does same with no expressions.
