PBR Ambient Occlusion Map not visible [SOLVED]

Hi,

I’ve prepared a set of PBR textures for my model. It looks very well, each texture makes is own effect, with the exception of Ambient Occlusion Map. I don’t see any difference with or without this texture. Should I adjust some render/light settings before it makes an effect?

I’m running TD 099 2017.14620 on a Mac.

Hello,

The AO map is used to darken the environment lighting, so you need an environment light and the AO on the Mat to be not 0 to see the effect.

This is correct, PBR material requires an EnvironmentLight (with a texture) to display all it features. Thank you Victor!
