I finally put up the files for a TouchDesigner driven fadecandy LED portal I made for a halloween party. The app is a Spout Cinder app which takes a spout input and translates it into fadecandy frames. There is a .toe file showing how you could drive 5 8x8 grids and a 64 led strip with Touch. The source could also be modified to use the Cinder framework for processing TOPS.

Hi! We’ve been testing with Fadecandy in Touch also. Shame that i dont yet have the commercial license. I’d like to see the c++ object in action here I will check it out later. Here’s our repo:
