Here’s an example of a very simple Depth of Field shader in action. It just mixes the blurred with the unblurred rendering based on the z-depth channel. Works for some scenes, but sometimes you get some jitter.

the dof_test was cool. when i launched the dof_sphere though it took over my monitor with just a static image. was that just like the control panel set to default to full screen? i didn’t know how to get the scene to play though.

When I open it I just need to hit play and it runs fine. There’s no controlpanel, only the network and the right monitor output. Sounds a little like you see the right monitor output on your main monitor and forgot to hit play.
