particlesGPU rotate to vector, attractors

For particle textures that are directional it would be great to have the same functionality that instancing a particle sop would yield; the ability to rotate the textures to face their direction.
Attractors with variable weight would also take this comp a step closer to the sop. Upstream of this, some flocking would be really nice too, like implemented here viewtopic.php?f=22&t=9151&p=42451&hilit=flocking#p42451
