Using the loadTox command or CTRL + X to load a Widget manualy will result in the widget being loaded as a Container with all customPars removed.

If you are importing the .tox from the Samples/Comp folder this will happen because you are actually dragging in a component that is setup for the Palette which comes inside a component wrapper required for the Palette to function currently.
If you go inside that component you dragged in you will find your widget safe and sound.
