2018.27550 - timeline op jumpy bug

Is this a known bug:

I have a holder component with its own component time (so the container my workingbstuff is in is still cooking) and when it’s playing and reaches range end, a timeline chop a layer up skips around like crazy. I’ll try to recreate, but is this known?

My workaround is to ‘stop’ the time a frame before the end, but it’s fragile still - the skipping can trigger before the end detector hits.
